In December, PRSA Boston closed out the year with our Annual Meeting – bringing together top communicators, journalists, and industry leaders to reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re headed. Our panelists offered rare, behind-the-scenes insight into modern newsrooms, shrinking resources, AI’s impact on journalism, and – most importantly – what communicators must do to build trust in 2026 and beyond.
