TRINITY is looking for a Marketing Director to oversee marketing campaigns, lead/demand generation programs, updating and maintaining marketing materials. The Marketing Director will be responsible for managing our social media marketing and thought leadership calendars, including white paper and conference planning.
We’re looking for a motivated person with demonstrated skills in marketing and marketing technology, knowledge of the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, attention to detail and a commitment to customer service. This person will be joining a growing team and be expected to think creatively and partner effectively with others on the Commercial team at TRINITY.
Marketing responsibilities including but not limited to:Understanding of marketing channels for biotech/pharma clients including digital, print and social
Campaign Target List Segmentation and Management with sales teams
Vendor Coordination to initiate and manage deployment of marketing campaigns
Experience working with marketing tools to support multi-channel marketing execution
Updating website with content changes; press releases and news
Generating new ideas and help develop marketing tactics to support our strategic, analytic and technology offerings, as well as Trinity overall for recruiting/corporate marketing efforts
Support of account teams for specific outreach and marketing campaigns
PR/marketing experience; clarity and precision in communications
Project management skills
7+ years’ work experience in marketing agency or marketing role in healthcare /life sciences industry
Ability to use marketing design programs (Adobe, inDesign)
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing tools
Self-Starter, who is also collaborative and team-oriented
Ability to work independently with little direction
Detailed oriented with sense of urgency; ability to manage numerous deadlines & deliverables
Pharmaceutical and/or Marketing Experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple internal teams including web development, IT, business development as well as interfacing with consulting teams as needed
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and support skills
Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and creativity
