Aria Marketing is a full-service boutique healthcare public relations agency. We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Executive (AE) to join our award-winning team. As an Account Executive, client service will always be a priority, as well as keeping clients and internal team members well informed, surpassing client expectations, and maintaining well-organized work processes.
The day-to-day responsibilities for an Account Executive include:
- Monitoring and tracking all work in progress
Writing and editing press releases, media alerts, pitches, speaking/awards proposals, reports, etc.
Pro-actively and re-actively pitching media and staffing resulting interviews
Managing speaking and awards programs
Managing social media programs
Monitoring news coverage
Maintaining media databases
Supporting senior managers and client teams
Our ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree – ideally in the discipline of PR, marketing or journalism, 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar B2B agency role, be very team-oriented, attentive to detail and a strong writer.
