  • Work with colleagues to exceed clients’ expectations
  • Commit to immersing yourself in your client’s business, their market segment, and competition
  • Develop news and feature stories to pitch to media
  • Work with content experts to develop bylines, OpEds, blog posts
  • Research, pitch, and secure opportunities for speaking, awards, industry rankings, and other earned opportunities
  • Collaborate with client leads on management of accounts
  • Ensure consistent execution of agency best practices for account management and client service



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of agency experience
  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Evidence of excellent organizational skills
  • Evidence of a service business orientation and mindset
  • Track record of earned media placements
  • Experience working with companies in relevant markets (e.g., digital health, healthcare technology, healthcare services)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Slack, LinkedIn, Twitter, and media/social monitoring and measurement tools (ie: HootSuite, Meltwater, Cision, BuzzSumo, Sprout, etc)
  • Experience as a leader who successfully juggled multiple roles, made in-the-moment decisions, and effectively communicated their role to their client
  • Evidence of grit and overcoming difficult situations
  • Enjoys activities and hobbies outside of marketing and public relations
