Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you will provide entry level support to the account service teams assisting in developing and implementing effective communications programs for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track and report media coverage, including bloggers and influencers
  • Conducting and analyzing research relevant to clients
  • Tracking account results and preparing client reports, keeping team members informed of project status
  • Build strong relationships with team members, establishing trust and confidence with colleagues
  • Coordinate client mailings and press materials
  • Responsive to client inquiries, requests and needs
  • Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite


  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing or related communications field
  • 1-2 years prior agency experience via relevant internships
  • Strong communications and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Positive outlook and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Passion, energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
