IPN Program: Closing the Opportunity

When deals fall apart, most business owners attribute it to money or a lack of budget. The truth is that rarely is what caused a deal to fall apart. This program focuses on how to execute early and often in the sales process so when it gets to the “close”, the client is articulating why they are ready to buy without you having to summarize it for them. By addressing and anticipating their fears, wants and needs, closing becomes a one-question process. Learn how to ask the right questions, create a template for other decision-makers and addressing pain points proactively instead of reactively.

The IPN has the rare opportunity to learn from Mark Altman, an accomplished and dynamic sales executive and leader with over two decades of experience.

You’ll learn:

  • Setting and Managing Expectations…the prospect’s and your own
  • Getting the prospect to agree to and live up to committed time frames
  • Creating a Sense of Urgency
  • Overcome objections at the close stage

Mark has been recognized as an Inc. 500 entrepreneur and has coached and mentored Fortune 500 executives and worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands to develop the next generation of business and sales leaders.
