Exclusive IPN Lunch & Learn with The Boston Globe's Larry Edelman, and a tour of the Globe’s state-of-the-art newsroom

As a member of Independent Practitioners Network (IPN), you have a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn more about the evolving Boston Globe..

PRSA Boston is heading back to the Boston Globe on Tuesday, May 28 at noon.

Our genial host for the day will be Larry Edelman (@GlobeNewsEd), who now writes the daily AM Talking Points newsletter, and has also served as Deputy Managing Editor, Content Coordination and as Business Editor.

Larry will join us for a lunch presentation and Q&A session, and may bring along other business editors, reporters or columnists, so don’t miss this opportunity to get to know key Globe journalists. Larry will share insights on how the Globe is evolving into a digital news organization and the PR-press relationship in the internet age. Following the lunch meeting will be an opportunity to tour the Globe’s state-of-the-art newsroom.

Everyone who wants to attend must register as there is a 25-person limit. IPNers have priority. We have had a waiting list in the past.

The address is The Boston Globe, 1 Exchange Place Suite 201, Boston, MA 02109-2132. Exchange Place is located at 53 State Street, at the corner of State and Congress Streets. Guests should arrive between 11:30 and 11:45 with a photo ID to provide time to go through security. Since parking is extremely limited (and expensive) in the Financial District, we encourage attendees to take the T.
